On 24 May 2024, the Artists' Association of Sweden and IGBK will host a digital conference in partnership with IAA Europe and On The Move. The conference, "Visual artists, diverse conditions," will focus on the framework conditions for artistic work in Europe from the perspective of diversity.
The theme of the seminar is "Visual artists / Diverse conditions", with three subheadings: funding and working spaces / social security and pensions and / artists associations and structures. The seminar brings together artists, researchers, politicians and others from a number of countries and organisations in Europe and aims to exchange experiences in the field of art for those who work in art policy advocacy to strengthen our positions both in our respective countries and at EU level.
